Colina si vitamina B 12 sunt numai doua dintre substantele benefice care se gasesc in oua. In plus, ele contin si lecitina, care imbunatateste memoria. In acelasi timp, ouale de prepelita protejeaza celulele neuronale, revigoreaza si imbunatatesc memoria si coeficientul de inteligenta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pestele <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studii recente atesta faptul ca exista o legatura stransa intre consumul de peste si imbunatatirea performantelor cognitive. Important este sa consumi peste gras, pentru ca acesta contine acizi grasi Omega 3, care ajuta la stimularea memoriei. Asadar, consumul de somon, sardine, hering si macrou este esential pentru o buna functionare a creierului. Cercetatorii sustin ca persoanele care au consumat cel putin o data pe saptamana peste sunt mult mai putin dispuse la aparitia bolii Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nucile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nucile sunt recomandate in cazul problemelor de memorie, deoarece contin o substanta, fenilalanina, un aminoacid esential pentru organism. Aceasta substanta are si un rol de \u00a0neurotransmitator, difuzand semnalele nervoase intre neuroni si creier, cu rol in protejarea memoriei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Morcovii<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Morcovii sporesc capacitatea de memorare. O cura cu morcovi este ideala pentru revigorarea memoriei. De aceea incearca sa te obisnuiesti ca in fiecare dimineata sa mananci o salata de morcovi proaspeti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spanacul<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cercetatorii au descoperit ca spanacul contine acid folic, care previne si chiar ajuta la vindecarea pierderilor de memorie. Avand un continut important de antioxidanti, spanacul incetineste deficientele de memorie si aparitia problemelor sistemului nervos central care apar odata cu inaintarea in varsta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ciocolata neagra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ciocolata este foarte buna pentru imbunatatirea capacitatii de memorare. Cu toate acestea, nu trebuie sa exagerezi.
